| We supply a range of Italian
manufactured gas and electric
pasta boilers/cookers. Whilst
these machines are made for
pasta boiling they can also be
used for cooking noodles, rice
and vegetables. They are
fitted with an overflow drain
allowing starch to be removed
whilst cooking - simply leave
the water fill tap running
slowly. In addition to the
cookers we also supply
machines for forming pasta
and rolling pasta. |
