8 Powerful double crown "Clog free" open burners each being 32,000 btu's, fitted with adjustable low flame setting - allowing the Chef to select the height of the simmer flame

Open burners are fitted with flame failure and No pilots - prevents unneceassary service calls

Individual burner heavy duty cast iron grate - 12" x 12"

Each oven size 508 x 572 x 343h - will accept 2/1gn containers

Enamelled oven interior floor and door liners

Oven door is easily removable for easy cleaning and access thru' narrow doorways

Supplied with one non-tilt oven shelf per oven

On site warranty - 24 months parts & 12 months labour
