This Berner Induction range, is manufactured in Germany to the highest industry standards. Using induction dramatically reduces energy consumption, heat is instant and 90% of the energy is directly transfered to the pan as against 50% in gas and 60% on standard electric appliances, energy is only used when the pan is placed onto the induction ring. As the induction ring keeps cool (only the pan gets hot) it is a very safe piece of equipment to use, a further benefit is in keeping the ambient temperature down in the kitchen, therefore reducing the size and cost of ventilation you will require, and improving the working environment.

Features:

Flat top induction range with 4 square heating zones of 5kw each , each ring is 280 x 280mm - ceramic plate is 705w x 605d x 6mm thick and fitted with electric oven 1 + 1/2gn size. All electronics are kept away from heat sources by be placed in the ambient cupboard to the side of the oven - this prevents any component overheat occuring

Electronic pan recognition - ideal for a-la-carte operations, no heating up times, immediately ready for use and reduces energy consumption - each ring is fitted with a "Under the glass setting indicator"

As an optional extra each ring can be fitted with a "Keep warm mode" - allowing unit to be used as a warmer once cooking is complete - please ring office for a quote

The electric oven has top and bottom heating elements each individually controlled with a temperature range of 60 - 300'C - oven is fitted with a humidity exhaust and is fitted with heavy duty stainless steel interior with radiused conrners on base and removable oven racks for easy cleaning. Oven is supplied with 1 chrome and 1 baking tray both being 530 x 500mm

Recessed controls prevents accidental damage by trolleys etc

Ceramic cooking surface does not get "burnt on debris" as minimal residual heat on ceramic prevents burning.
