allows easy unloading of the
product. If you are cooking
delicate products eg
Custards/jams
use the indirect heat models,
these have a water jacket
which heats the products
rather than a direct flame
which may cause
burning/sticking. We also
offer tilting kettles with an
inbuilt mixer (indirect heat
only) - which reduces labour
costs and prevents products
from burning or sticking. We
