are ideal
for front of house
cooking,
getting the customers
involved - the main heat
source is in the middle -

250'C for cooking, and
cooler
outer surfaces for
keeping
food warm. The
grill/griddle plate
is finished in Chrome on
all
Casta models, making
it easy to clean and
reducing
the amount of energy
consumed, as less heat is
emitted out of the plate
during
