Double oven - individually controlled, fitted on castors

Supplied with 8 spits per oven - Total bird capacity 96 - 112

With other spit options, these rotisseries can be used for cooking Roast beef, Chicken legs, and ribs etc

Fitted with slide up glass door reduces access space required - doors help to reduce heat loss

Good visibilty for showing off products - glass panel on both sides fitted with interior light

Fitted with firebricks placed above the burner - gives even cooking. Temperature range 0 - 90'C

Supplied with 2 slide out grease trays per oevn, fitted with grease drain taps on bottom trays

Can be supplied for bottle gas use - please specify when ordering

For outside or mobile caterers it can be supplied for 12/24 volt use - +£225 - please specify with order
