Sousvide/Waterbath Cooking

We supply a range of equipment designed for Sous Vide cooking, otherwise known as Water bath cooking. Sous vide cooking allows you to slow cook products in a vacuum packed bag at a lower temperature than normal, generally 55 - 60ºC for meat products. This results in a product being cooked evenly throughout, eliminates dehydration of food and so creates a more intense flavour - allowing lower use of seasoning. By using vacuum cooking, chilling and preservation, shelf life of foods can be greatly increased, upto 21 days for certain products, resulting in reduced wastage and better planning of kitchen operations.
