This DX1000 Dry Ager meat maturing refrigerator, ideal for Dry Aging beef and other cuts of meat but can also be used for Air drying cured ham, Maturing cheese etc. The meat is hung in a Micro climate of controlled temperature, humidity and air quality. The Himalayan nsalt block placed in the base of the refrigerator adds enhanced flavour to the meat.


  • Stainless steel exterior with Insulated UV protected glass door with Metallic tint
  • Bottom mounted compressor is ideal for sites with low ceiling clearance - this prevents compressor overheating.
  • Unit can be built in or put on a plinth
  • Electronically Temperature range +0/+25ºC in exacting increments of 0.1'C
  • Humicontrol - electronic humidity controller 60% to 90% - no water connection required.
  • DX Air regulator - optimal airflow with activated carbon filter and UVC Sterilization system
  • LED lighting - no heat generated which may effect the fridge temperature, lower running costs
