griddle/Mongolian
are ideal for communal
eating.
Fitted with Chrome finish
steel cooking plate - this
allows easy cleaning, no
flavour transfer and reduces
gas consumption as the heat
is retained within the plate
and not radiated out of it. The
griddles can be supplied with
1 or 2 heating element
options
depending on the size of the
griddle. Please note
