These highly flexible automatic multi cookers are ideal for operations where products are being cooked in water in large volumes and where consistent quality is essential, such as Pasta, Rice, Vegetables and meat - easy to use they save labour time and reduce the risk of errors

Fully automatic basket lowering and raising at start and end of cooking cycle - with pause to allow water to drain from product - each basket is independently controlled

Overflow devise with starch skimming tap

Extractable shower head to cool food rapidly and wash the wash tank

Low water emergency shut off - prvents damage to machine

Heavy duty Perforated baskets are made of 316 stainless steel and are 1.5mm thick

Front drain tap is made of 2" Chrome plated brass

Counterbalanced lid is 304 stainless steel and is 1mm thick

Cooking tank is made of Marine grade 316 stainless steel - allowing products with high acidity to be cooked - they are 3mm thick for added strength

Easy to use Electronic controls - with warning indicator light when basket is lifting.
