Capacities range from 50
litres upto 225 litre capacities.
They can be fitted with
analogue controls or high
accuracy digital controls. The
cooking pan can be in
stainless steel or a polyvalent
compound material which has
a quicker and more even heat
transfer, allowing quicker
cooking and reducing energy
