litres. The stirer can be
programmed allowing cooking
processes to be automated
and so reducing labour costs
whilst also gaurenteeing
product quality.These tilting
kettles can be supplied
with analogue controls or high
accuaracy digital controls for
consistent quality cooking.
Both direct and indirect
