This Giorik stacked 5 + 5 rack oven (imgae shows 5 + 10 rack)Regeneration ovens, fitted with core cooking probe, are ideal for Schools, Prisons, Nursing homes or any other operators who re-generate pre cooked meals. These ovens can also be used as a Low temperature cook and hold oven. They are supplied with 99 programmable settings making then easy to use and maintaining high product quality.
