The Joni range of tilting kettles, are a high quality heavy duty range of kettles manufactured in Denmark. They are designed with a special focus on easy and ergonomic use, hygiene, reliability and durability and have an inbuilt flexibilty which enables customers to have products to meet their specific needs - such as multi linking a number of kettles together. All products are manufactured using high quailty components giving customer years of use

Features:

  • Capacity – 80 litres - this kettle can be multiplexed with other sized kettle in the Easystand range
  • The Easystand kettles are mounted on a solid stable frame with four legs - allowing the kettle to be tilted safely
  • The top of the kettle is unheated and is insulated from the kettle - this reduces the risk of operator burns, and saves energy as less energy is radiated out of the jacket. It also prevents food from burning when being poured out of the spout. The kettle bowl is well insulated resulting in low surface temperature - again reducing heat loss and keeping the working environment cooler
  • The kettle is manufactured from acid proof stainless steel - prevents kettle corrosion
  • Temperature range - 20 - 105'C
  • Indirect heat - fitted with automatic water jacket fill and low water use steam generator
  • Fitted with jacket low water level safety thermostat - prevents damage to kettle and heating elements
  • Easy to use controls - and motorised tilting kettle
  • Precise temp control
  • The kettle has clear litre load markings etched into the surface of the kettle
  • Large pouring lip allows kettle to be emptied safely - can be supplied with optional strainer/pouring plate
  • The kettle lid is made from a lightweight, heat resistant, durable synthetic material - makes it easy to clean and as it is so light only 4kg, repetetive opening and closing causes no lifting problems for the operator
  • Fitted with Kettle manual fill water tap with a non drip spout
