This range of Palux Heavy duty high quality Filtration fryers, manufactured in Germany, can significantly increase the lifetime of your frying oil - reducing oil cost by upto 50%. Electronically controlled with high temperature accuracy they will produce quality fried food time after time. Not only is the food products of a higher quality but filtration fryers can often pay for themselves within 18 months due to reduced oil consumption

14 litre capacity - with an output of 30kg (62lbs) of chilled chips per hour (27kg (60lbs) when frozen)

Stainless steel fryer tank is deep drawn with radiused corners for easy cleaning - tank size 260w x 428 x 338 deep

Fitted with Single flat tube element increases fryer efficiency due to the larger surface area of the element

Easy cleaning - the element rotates into a vertical position allowing easy access to the tank

Flush mounted Electronic controls with accuracy of +/- 1'C - reduces energy consumption and increase output

4 Menu settings can be stored - gaurentees product is cooked at correct temperature - no timer fitted!!

The thermostat probes are built into the element - as no probes are exposed the opperator can not damage them when cleaning the fryer tank

Single basket supplied as standard - size 220w x 310 x 150 deep

The filtration system can also be used to pump waste oil out into a storage container
