Returns are subject to a 25% handling fee, which covers the cost of delivery, collection and restocking. All equipment must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Please call us to discuss the return and agree any charges that may apply. Once we have agreed the return your payment will be returned to you less any restocking charges Occasionally it is not possible to return special order/bespoke items, please contact us for clarification.
