This Trough food waste collector is designed for high volume use, in areas that do not allow food waste disposal into the drains, or where drains could easily get blocked by non soluble foodwaste. Their unique operation allows for easy and fast cleaning of plates/trays and pans - ideally suited for larger caterers such as Large restaurants, Hotels, Hospitals, Prisons, military bases, Ships, - not only do they dramatically reduce the labour time of scraping/cleaning plates but they also re-circulate water - giving you both savings in labour costs and water costs.

Features:

This trough scrap collector is designed for high volume operations - it can be set up for multiple operator use - by adding additional washer flumes into the pre rinse table trough

Designed to be welded into a work top - Table cut out 628w x 565d - Overall size 681w x 546dmm

The high power washing flume removes waste and pre rinses dishes/pans at the same time - food waste is reduced by upto 50% in volume and 80% in weight. Soluble waste passes thru' the collector non- soluble is then collected, in the basket below - only soluble waste goes into the drainage system

Low water consumption - the high power washing flume re-circulates 110-266 litres of water per minute and only consumes 7.6 litres per minute.

The high power washing flume allows the operator to use both hands - doubling throughput compared to pre rinse arms

Hot and Cold water is pre mixed and comes out of the washing flume blended - no cold hands!!

Food waste passes through the scrap basin into the collector basket, sited below, which is then lifted out when full

Scrap basket is only 337mm high and is easily removed
