This Food waste disposer with inbuilt pre rinse is ideal for high volume users or users who want to reduce labour content in the wash area.. Their unique operation allows for easy and fast cleaning of plates/trays and pans - not only do they dramatically reduce the labour time of scraping/cleaning plates but they also re-circulate water - giving you both savings in Labour costs and water costs.

Designed to be welded into a work top - see brochure for details on fitting

The high power washing flume, located on the front edge, removes waste and pre rinses dishes/pans at the same time - food waste is then passed through the macerator/disposer, for dirty trays/plate simply leave them in the tank for soaking whilst scraping other plate

Low water consumption - the high power washing flume re-circulates 110-266 litres of water per minute and only consumes 26.6 litres per minute.

The high power washing flume allows the operator to use both hands - doubling throughput compared to pre rinse arms

Hot and Cold water is pre mixed and comes out of the washing flume blended - no cold hands!!

Less splashing compared to a standard pre rinse hose

Unit is supplied as right to left feed as standard but can be left to right feed as an option see options

Disposer has powerful 5hp non clogging motor - fitted with thermal cutout

Disposer safety cover with safety switch

Safety - 24 volt controls

Plumbing - fitted with check valves, backflow prevention device, corrosion reisistant components, unions and solenoid valves
