Features:

Appliance is supplied with both a beater and liquidiser arm. The Liquidiser is ideal for pureeing vegetables, potatoes soups etc, prepearing creams and sauces. The Beater/whisk is ideal for whipping cream, preparing meringue, mayonnaise, Genoese sauce, omelettes and pancakes etc.

Liquidiser arm length = 420mm the Beater/whisk is 396mm.

350 watt Variable speed motor - between 1500 - 1900 rpm when in a liquid

The Liquidiser and beater are removable for easy cleaning
