Giorik EME5 is a Medium use, 5 rack electric convection oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact size oven, it will take 1/1gn and 600 x 400mm trays making it ideal for "Bake off" use. It will also work on a 26 amp 230v electrical supply, allowing it to be installed in most kitchens.

- Holds 5 x 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm containers at 75mm shelf centres
- Easy to use analogue controls
- Cooking fan fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around!
- Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
- Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minutes or continuous setting
- Interior light
- Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 270'C
- All stainless steel construction
