This Berner BIH6KTD30 Heavy duty Floorstanding Induction hobs is upto 92% energy efficient, they have 4 cooking coils with extremely fast heat up times and give off almost no heat, making them ideal for "Front of house cooking" where safety is an issue.

Features;

  • Floorstanding fitted with four round induction coils - 6 x 5.0kw power
  • Induction hob technology - power is only used when pan is placed onto the hob once removed no power is consumed.
  • Hob size is  950 x 605mm and 6mm thick -  each cooking ring is 260mm diameter  
  • Fast heat up time - can reduce cooking times by upto 70%
  • Almost no heat is emiited not only making them safe but it also keeps the kitchen cool.
  • Variable temperature control with Pan quality detection - assesses the quality of the cooking pan
  • 304 stainless steel construction with 20mm rear upturn

Keep warm function - if you choose any setting between Min - W110 the function is activated. After setting the temperature the control then switches on and off the coil to maintain the temperature - ideal for keeping food on the simmer etc. Price is per ring.
