These German manufactured  Countertop Induction hobs are upto 92% energy efficient, they have extremely fast heat up times and give off almsot no heat, making them ideal for "Front of house cooking" where safety is an issue.

Features;

  • Induction hob technology - power is only used when pan is on ring
  • Induction ring is 230mm diameter
  • Ceramic plate is 350 x 560mm and 6mm thick
  • Each ring can be fitted with a "keep warm" function - this allows you to a set a temperature and it will stay at the temperature
  • Pan detection is on the centre of each ring
  • Fast heat up time - can reduce cooking times by upto 70%
  • Almost no heat is emiited not only making them safe but it also keeps the kitchen cool.
  • Variable temperature control - with digital temperature setting indicator under glass

KWF - keep warm function

 

Keep warm function - if you choose any setting between Min - W110 the function is activated. After setting the temperature the control then switches on and off the coil to maintain the temperature - ideal for keeping food on the simmer etc. Price is per ring.
