This range of ovens are what we recommend for cooking Chicken and Duck etc. ovens have been specifically designed for cooking whole and portioned chicken and duck pieces. Ovens have an external fat collection tray which prevents fat burning inside the oven during cooking, so prevents polluting products being cooked. The ovens can be programmed, upto 99 programmes can be stored with upto 20 cooking phases in each program - this greatly reduces operator error and gaurantees the food is cooked perfectly each time - simply select the programme you require - all ovens are fitted with an inbuilt wash system allowing your oven to be washed after service, this will prolong the life of your oven and keeps your staff happy!!
