These Casta Electric Teppanyaki griddles, finished in chrome for energy efficient cooking and easy cleaning, are ideal for show kitchens and front of house cooking.
 

Features:

  • Chrome plated - Cooking plate made of hard chromed FE510 S355JR steel - 15mm thick - fuel efficient and easy to clean
  • Fitted with splash guard to 4 sides and 2 grease holes with slide out drawers
  • Supplied with front hand rail as standard
  • 2 x Electric 5.4kw heating element
  • Each cooking zone is thermostatically controlled upto 270ºC
  • Manufactured in 304 stainless steel - for durability and easy cleaning
  • Can be supplied with optional open base on request
