We offer a FREE 2-3 working day delivery on any item over £100 to all UK Mainland destinations. If you spend less than £100, you will need to pay a £15.00 post and packing fee. We are also happy to quote you for delivery offshore via air or sea freight, please contact us for a quote. Certain oversized items will incur a delivery charge, as will some Highland locations. Please speak to sales team for full details.
Our standard delivery option is kerbside only. Please note the driver will not unpack or site the goods. Goods must not be moved from point of delivery until unpacked and thoroughly checked for damage. If goods have moved from point of delivery (ie - going inside the building) claims for damage will be rejected. We will require photographic evidence of damage and showing position of goods to enable a claim to be processed. You have a maximum of 24 hours to report damage and submit the images.
It may be possible to arrange a timed delivery for an additional charge. Next Day delivery service is also available for an additional charge, please let us know if this is something you would prefer and we can arrange a quote. As our deliveries are sometimes made by large vehicles of up to 18 tonnes, you must let us know if your site can only be accessed by smaller vehicles. All abortive deliveries will be charged if you fail to inform us of these requirements beforehand.
Delivery & Installation - for an additional charge we can offer a Delivery & installation package for more specialist equipment. It will need to be ground floor and clear access only with relevant services within 1 mtr of the appliance, we will not remove doors, other equipment etc this will need to be done prior to us arriving on site.
