Our range of CTU water treatment systems are designed to remove scale/calcium only they are not designed to remove harmful Chlorides, Fluorides, Iron etc an RO (Reverse Osmosis) unit is required in these circumstances. It is a requirement to have the water tested to ascertain which water treatment system is required, prior to the oven being installed.
