We supply a selection of Retarder Proofers & Proofing cabinets - all made in the EU. All Retarder proofers are fitted with automatic controls and accept 600 x 400mm Bakery trays. The Chefs Range upright models load shelves in a Landscape format . The Chefs Counter models can be fitted without a work top (S) models to allow them to sit under a worktop - or can be supplied with worktop (with or without rear upturns). They all needs a cold water mains supply which must have a water softener fitted in hard water areas.
