We supply a selection of High temperature kettles making them ideal for cooking meat products as the higher heat allows the meat to be seared. Our De Danieli kettles are indirect heat but due to using mineral oil in the jacket high temperature cooking upto 175'C can be achieved allowing greater flexibility as they can also be used for cooking delicate products such as custards, jam etc. Our Baratta Kettles are Direct heat and will cook upto temperatures of 220'C - this high temperature also results in the kettle heating up time to be reduced.
