This Chefs Range ALEV/20 Proofer cabinet, manufactured in Europe, is designed to work alongside other bakery equipment equipment giving total flexibility for the Baker

Temperature range - upto +40ºC
Digital Controls - Manages both temperature and humidity settings - pre set temperature of +40ºC with 90% Humidity
Humidity - is controlled by electronic probe with integrated steam generator
Insulation - Isothermal 75mm thick polyurethane insulated panels
Finish - Stainless steel to interior and exterior
Supplied with castors as standard - height adjustable leg option
