Controls have a solid fat melt cycle, Standby setting, drip time setting, activates the filtration cycle,
10 programmable recipe settings with upto 6 phases of cooking within each recipe
Fitted with Inbuilt pumped oil filtration system - can increase oil life by upto 50% and maintains product quality as oil is regularly "cleaned" via filter paper
Filtration tank is fitted with wheels to allows easy moving
Heating elements tilt upwards to allow easy tank cleaning
Large cool zone prolongs oil life
Construction - 1.5mm 304 stainless steel exterior
Casters fitted as standard to rear
