This Chefs Range PL2C Mobile heated plate lowerator has a working temperature of 30 - 85'C - unit is spring loaded and can be set for smaller size plates

Features:

Capacity - 80 x 12" plates (320mm) maximum diameter (2 x 40 plates)
Plates automatically rise on spring loaded lifting mechanism and can be adjusted to allow smaller plates to be used
Fan assisted heating allows plates to heat up quicker than static heating
Thermostatically controlled 30 - 85'C
Illuminated power On/Off switch
Stainless steel exterior & interior
Supplied with swivel castors - 2 with brakes and Bakerlite cool to touch pulling handle
Supplied with black lid cover
Supplied with power lead and 13amp plug
