This Chefs Range SK75C High Output Under counter icemaker, produces "Bullet Ice" which is harder and melts less slowly than Cube ice is ideal for Pub, Bars and Hotel use. The ice is made using a "Water spray" system producing clear crystal ice cubes. It is fitted as standard with an integral drain pump allowing to be installed in most situations - does not rely on gravity to drain.
