This Chefs Range SKT520 Professional countertop dough sheeter allows quick and easy rolling out of dough with minimal input from the operator.

Belt size - 520mm wide by 720mm ( x 2) - white PVC material (Blue PU belt option)
Dough capacity - 5.0Kg
Inverter motor fitted with soft Start/Stop, reducing sudden belt tension
Controls - digital control panel clearly shows actual settings of dough thickness & speed settings
Speed - 10 Variable speeds
Belt direction - the direction of the belt can be reversed by the swing of the handle
Dough thickness - the thickness of the dough to be rolled can be adjusted from 1 - 40mm
Safety - Safety switches activate when the machine guards are opened and is fitted with an emergency stop button
The guards are fitted with dampers preventing them dropping and damaging hands
The adjustment handle is fitted with an electronic lock so preventing accidental adjustment
Supplied with 2 rolling pins for winding up the finished dough sheet
Easily removed scraper for easy cleaning
Supplied with folding flour collector trays at the end of the belt
The 2 sheeter "wings" fold upwards to reduce floorspace and have a safety lock to prevent them falling down
Warranty - 24 months parts & 12 months labour
