These Quality Fry Ventless fryers allow you to fry products without an extraction system, Ideal for front of house cooking or for kitchens where a ducted extraction system is not feasible. All these units have a timed rotating carousel loading hopper allowing you to load upto 4 different products (1 in the IQ615), the programmed recipes then automatically drop products into the frying tank depending on cooking times. 2 products can be cooked at the same time and will be automaticaly "dropped" when the cooking time has been reached.
