I did a lot of research into pizza ovens and bread ovens when I was setting up my new bakery in Kenilworth and the most helpful company I came across was Chefsrange. Right from the word goes their staff were well informed and exceedingly helpful, but reassuringly un-pushy. They listened to what I wanted and gave sound advice, in particular about how the pizza/bread oven I purchased from them would affect the other electrics in my shop.

This was just what I needed as I'm a baker not an electrician. The Italforni pizza oven is top notch - the build quality is superb, running costs are staggeringly low and it makes the most fantastic breads (I even sometimes make pizza in it...). Having a stone floor is a definite plus as my bread are not made in tins and I cook them on the floor of the oven itself. It also makes great cakes, so I'd say the oven is exceptionally versatile as well as robust.

The Italforni oven is right in the middle of my bakery and, having a glass panel in the door, it's a magnet for customers as they can see the breads in the oven. I would not hesitate to recommend Chefsrange and I would not countenance going anywhere else for catering equipment when I expand the business.
