Detailed Description

The Mirror 1300E is a thermostatically controlled heavy duty electric chrome griddle, ideal for fast food operators, mobile trailers and front of house cooking.

Features:

  • Chromed 18mm thick, 50 micron, Mirror finish cooking surface
  • Fitted with 12 elements - for even heat distribution and quick recovery 
  • Fitted with 4 thermostats - adjustable between 50 - 300'C
  • Fitted with side and rear splash guards as standard
  • Supplied with removable grease drawer and height adjustable legs 
  • Heavy duty 304 stainless steel body - makes it durable and easy to clean

Accessories

Clam+ - Drop down heated top plate

Allows you to cook both sides at the same time, reducing cooking time by 50%. Opens automatically once the cooking cycle has been completed. Griddle plate cooking area 250 x 450mm. Can be supplied with smooth or ribbed plate.
