This Chefs Range DF28LD is a High output single tank electric fryer ideal for high volume operators, fitted with computer controls allowing upto 10 Recipes to be stored.

Features:

Single tank - 28 Ltr Oil capacity
Supplied with 2 heavy duty wire nickel coated baskets
Basket size 2 x 160w x 330d x 150h
Top fitted with "foaming area" and anti drip edges.
Fitted with Computer programmable controls - allows upto to 10 recipes to be stored,
Pre-set melting system upto 82ºC - this prolongs the life of the oil by allowing it to gently heat up
Thermostatically controlled upto 190ºC with safety thermostat set at 230ºC
Highly efficient stainless steel armoured heating elements
The heating elements lift upwards allowing easy access to the fry tank for cleaning
Stainless steel fry tank
Has a large cool zone - extends oil life
Stainless steel exterior to door, front facia and basket hanging rail
Supplied with Lid and wire mesh chromed collector grid
