This Chefs Range EF-DF counter top fryer is ideal for cooking fish, doughnuts, etc

Features:

11 litre capacity, tank size - 400 x 400mm
Heavy duty Nickel coated basket
Supplied with front oil drain off tap
Thermostatically controlled upto 200ºC with safety thermostat set at 230ºC
Highly efficient stainless steel armoured heating elements
The heating elements lift out allowing easy access to the fry tank for cleaning
Fitted with safety micro switch - when elements are removed power is shut off
Stainless steel construction
Fitted with non slip adjustable feet
Supplied with Lid which reverses into the side drainer during use
Supplied with wire mesh crumb collector grid in base of fryer
